She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Wayne and Ruth E. Flessner Proffitt; her daughter Rebecca Lynn Davis; her brother Curtis Proffitt; and her sister-in-law Rosemary Proffitt.
She is survived by: her husband Ronald "Ron" Davis; her stepmother Donna Proffitt of South Hutchinson; her children, Mandy Thompson (Joe Johns) of Alden, KS and Aaron Davis (Felecia) of Sterling; her stepsisters, Linda Golding (Bill) of Nickerson, KS, Kay McAllaster of Hutchinson, KS, Marsha Schrag (Steve) of Hutchinson, KS and Julie Engelland (Rex) of Sterling; her grandchildren, Mardee, Talee Thompson and Jolie Johns; and her pets, Morgan Wayne and Mollie Mae.
Masks will be required and social distancing will be practiced.
Memorials may be given to SCSHA (South Central Stock Horse Association) for the SCSHA Vickie Davis and Family Memorial Scholorship or Hospice House of Hutchinson in care of Birzer Funeral Home, Sterling.
