She was predeceased by: her spouse Russell Thode. She is survived by: her children, Scott Thode (Andrew) and Trisha Jackson (Maiya); and her siblings, Marsha Holdeman and Greg Holdeman (Luke).

Memorials may be given to the First United Methodist Church (for their music program) in care of Birzer Funeral Home, Sterling.
