He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Howard "Hank" and Marcia Alice Elstun (Jones); his sister Sharon Kay Spencer (Elstun); and his brother-in-law Junior Ray Spencer. He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Phillip, Mark, Patty and Terri.
Memorials may be given to Birzer Funeral Home, Sterling, to help offset funeral expenses.
