With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nina Mae Ruth Wolfe of Sterling, Kansas, born in Berryville, Arkansas, who passed away on April 30, 2021 at the age of 103. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Preston and Ruth Louise Gray Scott; her husband Henry Merle Wolfe; her son Dale Wolfe; her siblings, Joe Preston Scott and Jessie Deaton; and her grandson Charles Robert Wolfe.
She is survived by: her children, Billie Wolfe (Debbie) of Sterling, Charlie Wolfe (Leslie) of Sterling and Barbara Monroe of Middleton, MO; her grandchildren, Wendy Wolfe (Cheryl Scott), Alan Monroe (Gail), Erin Dorsey (Tommy), Scott Wolfe, Monica Gibson (Jason), Robert Wolfe (Tracy), Traca Wolfe and Tayler Wolfe; and her stepgrandsons, William Kately and Travis Kately. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Rice Community Healthcare Foundation-Swing Bed Unit in care of Birzer Funeral Home, Sterling.
