It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Nettie Elizabeth Bray of Sterling, Kansas, born in Salem, Oregon, who passed away on July 9, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Trost and Georgia Trost (McLaress); and her brothers, Gerald, George and Thomas.
She is survived by: her children, Cindy, Darryl Wittich, Wendy, Steve Fiehler, Sterling, Jeff and Kristen Bray of Penn Yan, NY.; her grandchildren, Chance (Sarah Fiehler), Stephanie (Robert Edgington), Jacob (Dakoda Fiehler), Wesley (Courtney Wittich), Kodi Fiehler, Tyler (Bethany Bray) and Kelly Bray; and her sister Kathy (Gene Begnoche). She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions to either the Sterling Village (please designate: Ice Cream Machine replacement fund -- Nettie loved a soft serve cone!!) or to Kindred Hospice.
