She was predeceased by: her parents, W. E. "Peg" Fulton and Pearl Carson Fulton; her spouse Darley Joe "Chick" Henry; her sons, Thomas Brent Henry and Joseph Fulton Henry; and her siblings, Bob Fulton, Eddie Fulton, Virginia Lewis and Peggy McQuin.
She is survived by: her children, Randy Henry (Georgia) of Sterling, KS and Jennifer Sturges (Bill) of Salina, KS; her grandchildren, Justin Henry (Mandy) of Wichita, KS, Brandon Henry (Summer) of Mission Hills, KS, Amy Ansley (Will) of Overland Park, KS, Megan Sturges Stanfield of Leawood, KS and Brian Sturges (Tamren) of Manhattan, KS; and her great grandchildren, McKenzie, Brent, Beckett, Sadler, Locklin, Davis, Wrenli, Bria and Konlen.
Memorials may be given to Sterling College (for the Joe Henry and Helen Henry Memorial Scholarship) or the First United Methodist Church, Sterling, in care of Birzer Funeral Home, Sterling.
