It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Fern Eva Griffith of Sterling, Kansas, born in Hutchinson, Kansas, who passed away on November 4, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dwight Earl and Dorothy Faye Willison (Barnes); her husband Warren Lee Griffith; her stepfather William Chick; and her siblings, Donald Chick, Earl Eugene Willison, Everett Dean Willison, Marilyn Latham and Betty Lee Willison.
She is survived by: her daughters, Daphne Norez (Raul) of Raymond, KS and Heather A. Latiolais (Mike) of San Ramon, CA; and her sister Carolyn Zolman (Virgil) of Houston, TX. She is also survived by seven grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to Southern Poverty Law Center or St. Jude Children's Hospital in care of Birzer Funeral Home, Lyons.
