She was predeceased by: her parents, William M. Atwell and Bessie Emma Armstrong Atwell; her former spouse Glenn L. Treaster; her husband Ivan N. "Herbie" Christensen; her sons, Lewis G. Treaster and Jerry L. Treaster; and her siblings, Donald A. Atwell, Russell G. Atwell, Leslie W. Atwell, Harold D. Atwell, Kenneth A. Atwell and Blanche E. Turner.
She is survived by: her son Richard L. Treaster of Colorado; and her daughter-in-law Kitty Treaster of Lyons, KS. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to Gentiva Hospice in care of Birzer Funeral Home, Lyons.
