She was predeceased by: her parents, John Andrew and Luella Heinrichs Thiesen. She is survived by: her children, Jerram David Froese (Emily McRoberts-Froese) of Flower Mound, TX, Nicholee Carin Froese of Albany, NY, Manuel and Flor Amanda Vidal Asmomo of Copan, Honduras; her sister Judi Habben (Jim) of La Habra, CA; and her grandchildren, Coral, Calum, Diego, Izabella, Asa, Denzel and Carol.
