Alan Earl Wellman Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alan Earl Wellman (Sterling, Kansas), who passed away on July 17, 2021 at the age of 62. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Gale and Myrtle Belden Wellman; his nephew Jesse Wellman; and his cousin Alice Wellman Mattson (Royce Mattson). He is survived by: his former wives, June Goering and Lora Lee Stewart; his girlfriend Susan Reed; his siblings, Emily Wellman of Alden, Greg Wellman of Sterling and Brad Wellman of Alden; his nephew John Wellman (Carrie); and also Karen Wellman.

The family suggests memorial donations to Rice County Thrift Shop and Rice County Friends of Animals in care of Birzer Funeral Home.
