He is survived by: his siblings, Joe Smith of Erie, Don Smith (Mary) of Walnut and Joni Creamean (Carl) of Lenexa; his brother-in-law Gene Tibbetts of Olathe; and his nieces and nephews, Jay Smith, Jamie Smith, Josh Smith, Dallas Smith, Tiffany Bohn, Megan Janke, Jennifer Snell, Danielle Mattox and Savannah Robison.
