He was predeceased by: his parents, C. Rankin Fisher and Darlene Fisher; his wife Vicki Delp Fisher; and his brother David Jones. He is survived by: his siblings, Sharee Werner (Doug) of Ramona California and R. Rankin Fisher of St. John Kansas.
