He was predeceased by: his father Garry Smiley; his stepmother Gail Smiley; and his grandparents, Walter, Helen McCormick and Frank Smiley.
He is survived by: his mother Terrie Smiley (McCormick); his grandmother Marilyn Smiley of Stafford; his stepfather David Snyder of Cottonwood, AZ.; his siblings, James Smiley of Cottonwood, AZ, Evan Snyder of Gilbert, AZ. and Shannon Brown of Gt; his stepsister Tricia Rodarmel; his daughter Allyssa Martin; his grandchildren, Allen, Jasper and Carmen; his son Owen Smiley of Lawrence, Nebraska.; and his pet Chance. He is also survived by Numerous Aunts, Uncles, Nephews, Nieces and many many friends.
Memorials may be sent to the National Epilepsy Foundation, Wounded Warrior Project Organization or Stafford Legion Riders in care of Minnis Chapel, Stafford.
