He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Hayden and Esther Hayden (Fischer); his wife Bertie Lou (Siefkes); his daughter Denise Lee Hayden; and his siblings, Retha Strain and Bill Hayden.
He is survived by: his daughter Connie Sue Schmidt (James); his brothers, Lloyd Hayden of Thorntown, IN and Marvin Hayden of Lebanon, IN; and his granddaughter Megan Schmidt of Bel Aire, KS..
