He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jesse A. Figger and Ruby Ward Figger; his wife Carolyn Sue Long; his sons, David Figger (Kathy) and Matt Figger (Laurie); his brother Fowler Figger; his grandchildren, Bobby Figger (Heather), Bruce Figger (Megan), Bryan Figger (Amelia), Andy Figger (Kayle), Aaron Figger (Mercedes), Sarah Harrison (Ross), Kelsie Toon (Amanda) of Matthew Figger, T. J., Krystal Ludlum (Chad) and Katie Greene (Ed); his great grandchildren, Kira, Abby, Kyler, Ashtyn, Annika, Asher, Gavin, Melia, Aaron Jr. "AJ", Allie, Mazie, Austen, Allison, Samuel, Elliott, Noah, Alivia, Ariya, Elijah, Knox and Richard; his grandson Corbin; and his sister Alice Mae Gamble.
