He is survived by: his parents, Harvey Pruett and Joan Hathaway Pruett; his wife Tammy Johnson; his daughter Brittany Petler (Matthew); his stepchildren, Jamie Downing (Isaac), Shayla Puls (Theron), Dalton Osenbaugh, Billy Pfister, Danny Pfister and Bobby Farr; and his brothers, Dan Pruett, Jack Blazier and Bobby Applehans (Denise).
