He was predeceased by: his parents, Amos Sherrill and Elva Jeffrey Sherrill; his brother A. C. Sherrill; and his sons, Chester and Klinton.
He is survived by: his children, Buddy Sherrill, Athena Reed (Mike), Celena Vanderlinde (Chris), Serena Pack (Vince), Kristian Sherrill, Kerwin Sherrill (Carissa), Kaitlyn Sherrill and Kenton Sherrill; and his siblings, J. D. Sherrill and Karma Sherrill.
Memorials may be given to the American Cancer Society, in care of chapel.
