He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Calvin and Alta Irene Darr Cooper; his brother Darrel Cooper; and his grandsons, Taylor and Logan Cooper.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Cooper (Kerr); his sister Karen Cooper of Carl Junction, MO.; and his children, Jack Cooper (Tammy), Bob Cooper (Angie), Lori Fiscus (Leonard) and Andy Cooper (Jenn).
Memorials may be made to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Stafford Recreation Commission Youth Participant Scholarship in care of the chapel.
