He is survived by: his wife Laura Beltran of Stafford; his children, Hector Beltran Jr. (Alma) of Phoenix, Mario Beltran of St. John and Laura Ivonne Veleta (Luci) of Stafford; and his grandchildren, Hector Jr. Beltran, Crystal Beltran, Jose Ernesto Beltran, Xiomara Beltran, Kayla Guadalupe Beltran, Melany Beltran, Viannay Beltran, Mario Jr. Beltran and Angie Guadalupe Veleta.
