She was predeceased by: her parents, Dwight Blakely and Irene Blakely. She is survived by: her spouse Dale J Paulsen; her children, Daniel, Deana, David, Dawn and Darla; and her daughters-in-law, Charlotte and Rebecca. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
