He is survived by: his former wives, Virginia Small and Marlene Arthur; his wife Marlene Miller; and his children, Nancy Higdon (Mark) of Houston, Phil Miller (Deb) of Tucson, Mark Tucker (Michelle) of Stafford, Marsella Hearn (Brent) of Stafford and Marla Irvine of St. John. He is also survived by 11 Grandchildren; 6 Great Grandchildren.
