He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy A. Neely and Laverne Neely (Williams). He is survived by: his wife Diana Hoskinson; his son Brian Allen Neely; his niece Afton (Alex); and his brother-in-law Rex Hoskinson. He is also survived by father and husband and enjoyed family, friends.

Donations can be made in Chuck's name to the cancer Research Center or KC Hospice.
