She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Kasselman and Nannie Fletcher Kasselman; her siblings, Calvin, Larry Kasselman, Katherine Meeker and Doris Burhenn; and her son-in-law Henry Long.
She is survived by: her spouse Rexford E. Newell; her children, Lynette Long Dowdy (Billy) of Laurel, MS. and Ben Newell (Cheryl) of Hudson; her grandchildren, Jon Long, Chris Long, Tammy Long Turo, Misty Newell and Brandon Newell; and her siblings, Pat Kasselman and Charleen Achatz of Ellinwood.
Memorials may be sent to the Alzheimer's Foundation or Kindred Hospice in care of Minnis Chapel, Stafford.
