He was predeceased by: his parents, John A. Jaklevich and Louise Jaklevich (Zager); his wife Dianna D. Holderness; and his siblings, John, Jenny, Nick, Mary, Ernie, Larry, Gina and Agnes.

He is survived by: his children, Paul D. Jaklevich (Melanie), Richard G. Jaklevich (Diane), Gary J. Jaklevich (Lori), Gayle A. Wade (Dan), Karen S. Winters (Steve) and Dana D. Jaklevich. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild and many nephews and nieces.
