He is survived by: his pet Holly; his wife Jewel Mead; his children, Kimberlee Gustafson (Don) and Kevin Blume (Angela); his sister Anna Jean Lingier (Virginia); and his granddaughters, Lynsey and Michaela Gustafson.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Olathe Charitable Health Foundation for Olathe Hospice House.
