She was predeceased by: her parents, Marcus Dee and Bessie Adel Hardison (Brumble); her son Cole "Chip" Phillips; and her brothers, Ronald and Doug Hardison.

She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie Boan (Phil) of Spring Hill, KS and Kimberly Phillips of Phoenix, AZ; her granddaughters, S. Nacole Boan and Lauren Johnson (Jon); and her friend Tiffanie Harper Neyens. She is also survived by three great-grandsons.
