She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Ervin and Ina Esther Elder (Dankers); her husband John LeRoy Sweat; her daughter-in-law Tonya; and her sisters, Karol, Joyce and Helen.
She is survived by: her sons, Shawn Sweat and Scott Sweat (Tiffany); her sister Maxine McLaughlin; and her grandchildren, Dylan, Ryan and Hannah.
