He was predeceased by: his son James Brewer; and his brother Herbert Brewer. He is survived by: his children, Brenda Brewer of Kansas City, Brian Brewer (Michelle) of Lebanon, MO, Patricia Brewer of Olathe, KS and Michael Brewer (Britni); and his siblings, Jacob Brewer (Effie) of Houston, TX, Slina Prothe (Leland) of Paola, KS, Velma Wehmeyer and Barbara Hall. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren that he loved spending time with, Crystal, David, Steven, Allison, Felicity, Nicole, Brandon, Justin, Brad, Brock, Jessie, Cody, Michael Jr. and Emmery; six great-grandchildren.
