He was predeceased by: his parents, John Austin and Lois Evelyn Sours. He is survived by: his wife Gladys Sours (Legitt); his sons, John A. (Carol) and Charles (Angi); and his grandchildren, Joe, Logan (Lauren), Olivia and Terri.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Crossroads Hospice in memory of the care and compassion they provided for John.
