He was predeceased by: his parents, Pearl "Blackie" and Alta Floyd (Roberts); and his brother Denny Smith. He is survived by: his wife Roxie A. Witt Eastland; his children, Jerry Floyd, Jr. (Chau), Scott Floyd (Kim), Kendall Eastland, Jody Kurtz (Rodney) and Aaron Eastland (Jana); his grandchildren, Jeremy, Tommy, Caleb, Mason, Makayla, Ally, Cameron and Erica; and his great grandchildren, Braxton and Emma.
