The passing of Gregory Scott Richardson of Spring Hill, Kansas, born in Kansas City, Missouri leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on September 22, 2024 at the age of 51. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Richardson and Ruth Richardson. He is survived by: his wife Angie Richardson; his sons, Brent and Brandon Richardson; and his siblings, Ken Richardson (Chris), Jeff Richardson (Lori) and Ann Wortmann (Marty). He is also survived by his family, friends.

Visitation will be held on Monday, September 30th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the College Church of the Nazarene (2020 E Sheridan St, Olathe, KS 66062). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 30th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.

“Greg worked for me with the Tactical Support Unit and Street Interdiction Unit. He was as fine of a man as you could find. He had an excellent sense of humor and treated everyone with respect. He was positive, ethical and a man that you could depend on. It was an honor and pleasure to know him. Kathi and I express our deepest sympathy to Greg's family and friends. He will be missed.”
