He is survived by: his friends, Charles and Deann Dageforde; his wife Anna Lee; his children, Donald W. Holtgraver Jr., Theresa L. Holtgraver, Michael R. Holtgraver (Shannon) and McKenna Marie Holtgraver of Paola, KS; his brother Robert Holtgraver (Judith); and his siblings-in-law, Gary and Betty Beatty.
