He is survived by: his wife Janice; his daughters, Renelda Hornung, Nadine Baker (Buck), Jill Hornung-Heeke (Rick) and Bonnie Scott; and his siblings, Don Hornung (Christy) and Phyllis Stephenson. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, three step-grandchildren, one great grandchild, and six step great grandchildren.
