It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marceda Schmidt (Spearville, Kansas), who passed away on February 6, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Konrade and Eva Konrade (Stegman); her husband Gerald Schmidt; her children, Gloria Weckerly and Thomas Schmidt; her brothers, Alvin and Gilbert Konrade; and her sons-in-law, Paul Weckerly and Alan Salter.
She is survived by: her children, Steven Schmidt (Lisa), Roger Schmidt (Terri), Joyce Salter, Marsha Maxey (Tim), George Schmidt (Ronna) and Michael Schmidt (Trish); and her siblings, Reg Konrade (Jan) and Carolyn Gleason. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 41 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren.
