He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Heiland and Ivra Heiland; and his siblings, Emogene Stevens, Monica Carmichael, Mary Martinez, Wilfred "Bill" Heiland, Norbert Heiland, Jerry Heiland, Tony Heiland, Bernard Heiland and Sylvester Heiland (Ves).
He is survived by: his wife Sue Heiland; his sister Judy Konrade (Bob); his nephew Brian Heiland; and his grandchild Shelly Poyner.
