She is survived by: her husband Leland Stein; her children, Kevin Stein (Gari-Ann) of Spearville, Kansas, Amy Garver (Ty) of Basehor, Kansas, Verne Stein (Lorie) of Spearville, Kansas and Paula Stein of Dodge City, Kansas; her siblings, Carl Hornung (Pat) of Frisco, Texas, Linda Meserve of Houston, Texas and Mary Herron (Jim) of Upland, California; and her brother-in-law Gene Gleason.
