He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Sydney and Evelyn Irene Cook (Schnurr); and his siblings, Eual Cook and Wanita Moeller. He is survived by: his wife Jolene Cook of South Hutchinson; his children, Troy Cook (Susan) of Nickerson and Tami Cook of South Hutchinson; his grandchildren, Heather Cartwright (Jesse) of Hutchinson, Tyler Cook (Hannah) of Nickerson and Ryder Cook of Hays; and his great grandchildren, Max Elam, Lucy Elam, Emily Cook, Camden Hummel and Willow Hummel.
