It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Stella J Smith of South Hutchinson, Kansas, born in Pratt, Kansas, who passed away on September 7, 2024, at the age of 39, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul T. "Tom" Smith and Judith A. Smith (Pearce); her brother Jason Smith; and her niece Hadley Nelson. She is survived by: her sons, Payton Ingham (Lacy Stewart) and Tucker Ingham; her grandson Paxton Ingham of Hutchinson; her siblings, Holly McCrory (Jason Adkinson) of Hutchinson, April Higgins (CJ) of Hutchinson, Heather Nelson (Aaron) of Nickerson, Bobbie Lamb (Robb Conner) of Wichita, Ashley Smith of Topeka and Mike Smith of Hutchinson; and her nieces and nephews, Mason, Mylee, Liliana, Bryar, Addrick, Atton, Jason, Jew, Samantha, Christin, Braxton, Isy, Kenny and Todd. She is also survived by many friends and her daycare family.
