He was predeceased by: his father Kyle Zumalt. He is survived by: his mother Karen Zumalt (Howard) of South Hutchinson; his wife Marla Herron; his daughter Maleah; his siblings, Tonja Stamm (Mike) of Kingman and Keith Zumalt (Betty) of Nickerson; and his cousin Donnie Ratliff. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
