It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marilyn Jackson of South Hutchinson, Kansas, who passed away on November 25, 2024, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Marilyn Jackson to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob F. Richert and Susie Richert (Rempel); and her sister Dorothy Elliott. She is survived by: her husband Roy A. Jackson; her sons, Craig Jackson (Janis) of Hutchinson, Bruce Jackson (Kathryn) of Paola and Brian Jackson of Hutchinson; and her grandchildren, Kari Mailloux (Phillip), Brianne Jackson, Carissa Jackson, Tom Jackson, Andrew Jackson, Sarah Terrell (Zach) and Joe Power (Gretchen). She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Elliott Mortuary (1219 N Main St, Hutchinson, KS 67501). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Fairlawn Burial Park (2401 Carey Blvd, Hutchinson, KS 67501).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Eastwood Church of Christ or Hutchinson Public Library, in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N. Main, Hutchinson, KS 67501.
