She was predeceased by: her parents, John Daines and Beatrice Daines (Epperson); her brother Lee Daines; and her daughter Darla Healey-Eckhoff. She is survived by: her husband Russell; and her children, Kimberley Howard of Hutchinson, Johnnie Healey of Hutchinson, Mike Healey (Brenda) of Bel Aire and Lana Bichet of Newton. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made out to Russell Dewater and left in care of Petersen Family Funeral Home.
