He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto McGregor and Lida McGregor (Arnold); his significant other Louise; and his sisters, Jean McGregor Rickards and Betty McGregor Drake.

He is survived by: his children, Steve McGregor (Colletta), Rick McGregor (Jan) of Wichita, KS. and Tessie Dvorak (Todd) of South Haven, KS.; his grandchildren, Cory McGregor (Kari), Joe McGregor (Shannon) of Haysville, KS, Jeb McGregor (Megan McDonald) and Mollie McGregor (Cesar Gutierrez) of Wichita, KS.; and his great grandchildren, Adyson, Evelyn, Daisy, Lincoln, Lila McGregor, Brooklyn, Cash, Zoe, Ada Dvorak, Waylon, Claude Gutierrez, Bryton, Bowen Hawk, Morgan McDonald, Gunnar and Brantlee Davis. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces and cousins.

Memorials may be made to Caldwell Area Hospital and Health Foundation and sent in care of the mortuary.
