He was loved and cherished by many people including: his former wife Eleanor Ann Yanez; his father John Pounds; his sons, Jake Allan Pounds and Andrew Lee Pounds; his wife Eleanor Ann Pounds of South Haven, KS; his sons, Shawn Michael Pounds (Zach Benjamin Price Pounds) of South Haven, KS and Tishalee Kincaid of Arkansas City, KS; his mother Dona Pounds; his sisters, Karen Dillard (Lynn), Kathy Evans (Jerry), Patricia Gordon (Joe) and Brenda Cook (Bobby); his grandchildren, Tatiana Venegas and Tayslee Pounds; his mother-in-law Martha Yanez of South Haven, KS; and his brothers-in-law, Lupe Yanez and Arturo Yanez (Denyse). He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
A Memorial has been established with the Bryce Day Memorial Foundation in lieu of flowers.
