She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Applegate and Kathryn Applegate (Briggs); and her grandsons, Jeff Winingham and Robby Orton. She is survived by: her children, Dan Winingham (Kathy) of Solomon, Terry Winingham (Mandi) of Springfield, Gary Winingham (Mike) of Omaha and Becky Martin (Michael) of St. Louis; her siblings, Fred Applegate (Mary Ann) of Louisville and Marilyn Coatney; her husband Boyd of Peru; and also, Sue Eddy of Casper and Beth Moxley of Denver.
