She was predeceased by: her parents, Clay Swank and Bernice Swank (Flowers); her husband Donald Brungardt; her son Todd Brungardt; and her brother Ronald Swank.
She is survived by: her daughters, Pam Blouin (Patrick Tovar) of Abilene and Gayla Whiteley (Leonard Donaldson) of Assaria; her grandchildren, Ross Shirack (Beth Herpich), Cody Whiteley (Mellisa), Ethan Blouin (Shaylee) and Baylie Blouin (Bethany Rice); her great grandchildren, Nadia Whiteley, Jonathan Shirack and Kollen Shirack; and her brother Leroy Swank (Nancy).
