He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry W. Sr. Johnson and Barbara M. Johnson (Jordan); his wife Connie Lee Rider; his son Ryan Johnson (JoAnn) of Solomon; his brother Chuck Johnson; and his sisters-in-law, Sandy Johnson and Judy Waymire.
He is survived by: his children, Jill Duryea (Brian) of Solomon and Jeff Johnson (Kelly) of Abilene; his grandchildren, Katelan Turner (Logan), Morgan Krebs (Devin), Talitha Flores (Joel), Tatum Hoover (Stephen), Brayden Johnson (Maria), Torian, Taelyn Johnson, Dawson, Ella, Koehn Duryea, Mia, Hallie Johnson, Jake Sommer, Kylie and Corbin Sanderson; his great grandchildren, Bowyn and Gracyn Turner; his grandchildren, Kara, Maci, Casen Kerbs, Beau Johnson, Elena Flores, Zane Brown and Nolan Johnson; and his brothers, William (Karla) of Solomon, Eric (Linda) of Salina, Frank, Jim and Tom Johnson of Solomon.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Martin-Becker-Carlson Funeral Home (414 NW 3rd St, Abilene, KS 67410). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Abilene First Christian Church (612 N Buckeye Ave, Abilene, KS 67410).
The family suggests memorials be given to Hospice of Dickinson County.
