She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis James and Lillian Frazier (Burch); her husband Hal Patrick Smith; and her siblings, Lois Roubidoux, Carol Sharp, Robert Frazier and Richard Frazier.
She is survived by: her son Hal William "Bill" Richard Smith (Kathy) of Smolan; her foster daughter Ruth Downey of Kansas City, Kansas; her grandchildren, Eric, Brandee Adam, Hal Kelly Smith, Kylee Smith, Chris, Rachel Ledbetter, Steven and Grace Buller; and her great grandchildren, Katie, Karter, Karee, Kelsee Adam, Hal Ryddyk B. Smith, Isaiah, Gabriella Smith and Evangelina Buller. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
