She was predeceased by: her parents, John Biehn and Minnie Biehn (Dieken); her husband Samuel Wayne Jackson; and her brother Clarence Biehn. She is survived by: her children, Wanetta Webber, Wanda Reed, Jimmy Jackson, Bernice Iman (Don), Jerry Jackson (Terrie), Linda Miner and Dawn Haeker (Hal). She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be given to the Vera May Jackson Memorial Fund and can be sent in care of the funeral chapel.
