He is survived by: his wife Donna Beth Smith; his daughters, Teresa and Lisa; his grandsons, Travis, Keith and Paul; and his great grandchildren, Tristin and Koen. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and grandnephews along with great-grandnieces.
