He was predeceased by: his father Lowell Blickenstaff of Smith Center. He is survived by: his mother Ardyus Blickenstaff (Lambert) of Smith Center; his children, Tony Blickenstaff (Nikki) of Smith Center and Angela Hahn (Travis) of Stockton; his sisters, Cindy Ratliff (Warren) of Glade and Carla Aduddell of Sunrise Beach, MO; and his grandchildren, AJ, Mason, Jayten, Ayden, Ainsley Blickenstaff, Coryn, Ashlyn and Haden Hahn.
